At Seafolly, we want you to feel confident in your swimwear, which is why we offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase for all items in their original condition with tags and hygiene seals intact. Please note that for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Seafolly tags and hygiene stickers are firmly attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
